Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our website or services, OmegaPix may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, school or organization, event details, inquiry information, and information needed to fulfill photography, design, printing, event or gallery services.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, manage client relationships, operate private galleries, fulfill orders, communicate about projects, maintain website security, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Private Client Galleries
OmegaPix may provide password- or PIN-protected online galleries for clients. Gallery access information is intended only for the client and people the client chooses to share it with. Clients are responsible for keeping their gallery access code and PIN private.
Google Drive™ Integration
OmegaPix uses the Google Drive API as part of our private client gallery system. The Google account connection is authorized by OmegaPix for the purpose of retrieving photography files that OmegaPix has selected for client galleries.
- Access: The application requests read-only access to Google Drive. It does not use this permission to edit, delete, rename, or upload files to Google Drive.
- Use: Google Drive data is used to locate and retrieve files from gallery folders configured by OmegaPix and to display or provide downloads of those files to the appropriate authenticated OmegaPix gallery client.
- Storage: OmegaPix may store OAuth authorization tokens and limited file metadata needed to operate the gallery connection. These credentials are stored in a protected area of the OmegaPix server and are not provided to gallery clients.
- Sharing: OmegaPix does not sell Google user data. Files selected for a client gallery may be transmitted through the OmegaPix website to clients who successfully authenticate to that gallery. Google account credentials and OAuth tokens are not shared with clients.
OmegaPix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information handled by our website. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party providers to support functions such as hosting, payments, email, online ordering, or file delivery. Information handled directly by those providers may also be subject to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and project records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of our systems. Gallery availability and retention may vary by project.
Your Choices
You may contact OmegaPix to ask questions about personal information you have provided to us or to request an update or correction where appropriate. An authorized Google account holder may also revoke the application's Google account access through their Google Account security settings.
Children's and School Photography
OmegaPix provides photography and related services to schools and families. Images and information connected with school services are used to provide the contracted or requested services and are not sold as personal information. Access to private galleries should only be shared with intended recipients.

We may update this policy as our services or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
